2.4 Each transaction involves a unique address generated automatically by our system, ensuring clear identification of the crypto pair, user details, and destination wallet.

2.5 YOU RELEASE DXSPOT FROM ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM TRANSACTION ERRORS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INCORRECT DETAILS, USER-INITIATED MISTAKES, OR SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONS.

2.6 Dxspot does not provide custodial services. Any delays in processing transactions due to compliance checks or technical challenges are acknowledged and accepted as part of your use of the Services.

2.7 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance checks are conducted as necessary. Users may be required to provide identity verification and source-of-funds documentation. Third-party providers may assist in these procedures in line with our privacy guidelines.

2.8 Dxspot reserves the right to restrict services for users or transactions flagged for potential involvement in unlawful activities.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 You confirm that you are not located in or a resident of any jurisdiction subject to international sanctions or where use of our Services is restricted by law.

3.2 By using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Engage in illegal activities through the platform;
  • Submit false or misleading information;
  • Tamper with, decompile, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the Services;
