Application Status
Where can I check the status of my application?
You can track your application status in 3 ways:
1. Log in to your account and visit “Exchange History” to see your request number, date, time, and status. A status of “Executed” means your exchange is complete and funds have been sent.
2. Follow your exchange progress directly on our site without registration. If information seems outdated, refresh the page (F5).
3. Check your email for automatic status notifications sent to your registered address.
